Wow!  These 2 totally have "oldest child" syndrome (even though I know that Eva isn't the oldest).  It was great to see Leo and Haley again.  I really liked Finn from the beginning!  And he had me swooning the whole damn book.... until the end.  But I have faith in my man Finn to make it up to her!  Eva is absolutely someone I can relate too (without the billions $$$).  She is always the peace keeper, secret keeper and soothing presence to everyone in her family..... I love that Finn points out to her that she takes care of everyone, but who takes care of her?  And that cliffhanger!!!  I am so ready for the next book right now!!!  I am going to have a huge book hangover from this one!

The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book!
