This book was probably the MOST confusing book for like 70% of the book!  Once all the parts of the story started to come out then I felt better.... but I was seriously questioning my sanity because I was feeling so lost.  Dove mentions a few times that their cryptic answers were annoying her.... and they were me too!  Even when you were getting King's POV..... he didn't give much away.  Even after all was revealed, there are a few things that didn't make a lot of sense to me, but other than that I rather enjoyed it,  and I will be looking forward to the books to follow.  And I thought that narration was good.  Despite my total confusion I was totally captivated by the story!

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
