Oh goodness, my heart continues to take a beating!  In this story, Mia is feeling guilty that her kidney wasn't good enough.  Jake is mentioned A LOT and every time he is mentioned it was like another punch to my heart!  While Mia was in college and trying to fin herself she found a man that was quite narcissistic and eventually breaks her heart.  After coming back home and running the family car dealership, she meets Derek Waters, up and coming rock star!  She decided to go out og her comfort zone (aka Good Girl Mia) to spend some time with him...... and so begins the adventure!  This man is SO FREAKING SWOONY!!!  He says some of the SWOONIEST things!  Like I literally sighed with some of the things that he said to Mia!  I absolutely LOVE them together!  Funny thing is that you get the whole story from Mia's POV.  So you get to hear her be told by his friends that she is good for him.... but no one realizes just how wonderful he is for her too!  These 2 are perfect together!  They manage to help heal each other in a way that it didn't seem like anyone else in their lives had been able to.  

Again... Sara Puckett was PHENOMENAL!  I felt the emotions!  The heart break.  The guilt.  The love!  All of it!  And yes!!!  I did cry again, but I wasn't a total sobbing mess.... just a few tears!  

I am loving this series so far! Giving this story 5 stars is a no brainer!   I am glad that the first one was the total heart wrencher, and now we are getting to see the other people that we've met.  I am quite eager to see what Seth is up to.  You get a glimpse of him in this one and he is 100% different than he was when he was with Cami.  So I can't wait to start hearing his story!

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
