I have the say that I really enjoyed the ending of this book.  The twists that came about at the ending had my jaw hitting the floor.  I did enjoy this story.  I thought that the premise was good.... and I really enjoyed the banter between Aiden and Isa.  You know that there will be secrets revealed with a mafia story, but this one had a whole LOT of bombs dropping int he last few chapters!  There were some parts that I felt were a bit slow, but it wasn't intolerable.  And the violence was not outrageous, so I was able to just listen through.

The narrators weren't my favorite.  It may have been all the accents involved.  There were British, French and Russian accents going around at any given time.  But it wasn't a turn off... I would listen to these narrators again.

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book!
