✨A TOP READ OF 2021✨

I FLOVE SM SHADE ROM-COMS!! She never fails to have me laughing so hard! This story was no exception! This one actually had me laughing so hard that my stomach was hurting! Marty and Zara were just fantastic! I loved the feminist aspect of this story and that it wasn't dropped! Marty was totally swoony! And for someone that was a womanizer through the other books in the series.... he fell HARD and it was a complete joy to see! Zara was 100% the PERFECT one for him! She made him WORK for it..... like he wasn't just going to charm his way into her heart and he had to do a lot more than just sexual things to get her love. These stories are so much fun to read and I usually devour them in about a day!

  Falling Stars by Lex Martin 4.5 🌟  5 😍  4ðŸ”Ĩ  3💔 I love Baylee and Maverick!  They are so great together!  Some people dont like the childhood friends to lovers...... but it is one of my FAVORITES!!!  Why didnt they get together sooner, you ask?  Well..... they were best friends!  And Maverick had a crappy father and no mother.  Why wouldn't he want to keep the friendship?  His dad made him feel worthless!  Plus some people do better together when they grow up some first!  Anyways!!!  Baylee was a great mom, despite the fact that being a single mom was NOT what she wanted for herself.  She is stubborn and makes Maverick WORK to get her to believe that this was really happening!  The spice was FIRE!  And Maverick is SO DAMN SWOONY!!!   If you love a single mom romance..... you will definitely want to pick this one up!

  Ebbing Tides (book 2 in the Lighthouse Duology) by Kelsey Kingsley Story: 5 🌟  Swoon: 4 😍  Spice: 3ðŸ”Ĩ Angst: 4 💔 So I absolutely LOVED how this story wrapped up.  Poor Max had dealt with so much crap in his life that it was nice to see more and more people show him the love he always deserved.   His sisters both express their appreciation for all that he had done for them over the years.  And while I wouldn't call it closure, he does get some insight as to why his mother and father were the way they were.  Even on his death bed that father of his was a piece of work..... and somehow Max always showed him compassion.  This book also made me cry, though not as bad as the first book did.  And I definitely came to enjoy some of the side characters that already have books that I may be going back to read.

  Timeless by Kaylene Winter          4.75 🌟  4 ðŸ”Ĩ Absolutely LOVE this series!! And I am not sure if I am ready for the Encore books yet..... but I will get into them soon! This is a childhood friends to lovers story that spans decades. Both Fiona and Zane have a lot of family issues to sort through on their own and they have always been a huge support for each other.... the one thing that was always solid. Until her mom took her away claiming that Zane was going to be just like his father. These 2 go through so much to be together that I was feeling gutted through out the entire book! And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT ðŸ”ĨðŸ”ĨðŸ”Ĩ. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?
