If you didn't already LOVE Jackson Rhoads then you sure the hell will now!  Holy swooniness!  When we left him, Jackson was moving to California full time to get away from Alina so he could "get over her".  What gets me about this is that he was in love with her for years, but she had never given him reason to think that she saw him as anything other than a friend.... so that bugged me a bit.  So I was super excited that he was working on moving on to Blakely.  Blakely has anxiety and OCD (along with a bit of anorexia mixed in there).  Well Jackson goes right back into that role of wanting to be there for women who need him.  Problem is that everyone else around her doesn't see what is going on.... only him.  And when they finally get together it is HOT! I think that Blakely is really great for him, and he is fantastic for her.  But he works for her dad, and they have to keep their relationship hush hush so that he doesn't get in trouble with her dad..... well the stuff hits the fan before they have a chance to talk to him (after they decided to go public)...... and boy did their conflict cause me to cry my freaking eyes out!  I won't tell you how it ends.... but I will say that the epilogue leads into them FINALLY locating Lily! I am so ready to get her story now!  And to see what she has to say for her darn self!

This is a childhood friends to lovers story that spans decades. Both Fiona and Zane have a lot of family issues to sort through on their own and they have always been a huge support for each other.... the one thing that was always solid. Until her mom took her away claiming that Zane was going to be just like his father. These 2 go through so much to be together that I was feeling gutted through out the entire book! And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
