Review: The Education of Ivy Leavold
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
In this 2nd book you get to see more of the intensity that you got from the first one. Ivy does agree to marry Julian. They head out to start buying her things for the wedding and getting her fitted for a dress. When they are there, she gets to see a bit more of what she is signing up for with this man in the form of a threesome with their friend they have run into. Ivy starts to feel conflicted. She finds more and more that Julian is the dark man that he has told her that he was. I am guessing she didn't believe him. Her biggest problem is that she finds that she LOVES the dark things that eh does to her. She starts feeling like she shouldn't want these things with him. She also continues to worry about his role in the death of her cousin. She eventually finds out that he was hiding from her the fact that she had another living relative. When she finds this out she then demands to know the circumstances surrounding Violet's death. The story she hears is not the one I am sure she thought she would get.
And then we are left with yet ANOTHER CLIFFHANGER!!!
