This story just keeps getting better and better! All the time! Celia is still not my favorite person but I have been warming up to her.... Maybe it is because I am so in love with Hudson, and I feel she did him and Alayna SO wrong, I have to say that I am glad to see that she does still have some instinct to attempt to protect him in some way from the man that she is married to. In this part of the story we learn a lot more about Marion, Edwards first wife. That was quite the interesting tale on its own. And I am not going to lie, knowing what I do know about the timeline since I have read Chandler and Fixed Forever, this book ended on the cliffhanger I was expecting. But that does not make it any less of a cliffhanger! I know what comes of it in the end, but the journey of how they get there form where it has ended now is very intriguing to me and I can not wait to get my hands of the conclusion of this story... it has been a long one in the making.... I think that I am really going to want to read (or listed to) all the books in chronological order once it is all said and done! That will make for a very seriously great binge!!!

And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
