This! Freaking! Book!!! I had been waiting for this one! Childhood friends to lovers and Sibling's best friend are my top 2 troupes to read! And this one is BOTH!!! Logan was not just Joey's brother best friend growing up.... but THEY were actually friends also! And this part of their story begins with Joey having left her best friend/love interest behind.... and when she comes back for the wedding, right away he realized just how much he missed her....and that he was having feelings that he didn't think that he should be having. And he wasn't even sure if they were his ACTUAL feelings or just was being overly dramatic about missing her. There are some interesting revelations later in the book that explains a whole lot about why their relationship went the path that it did. And there are some really HOT scenes.... there is one that is my personal favorite that is SO hot that I think I will be having dreams about it for years to come! This book was so worth the wait! There was nothing about this book that I did not love with my whole romantic heart! I absolutely recommend that people one click is as soon as it is released! DO NOT WAIT! It is that freaking awesome!

This is a childhood friends to lovers story that spans decades. Both Fiona and Zane have a lot of family issues to sort through on their own and they have always been a huge support for each other.... the one thing that was always solid. Until her mom took her away claiming that Zane was going to be just like his father. These 2 go through so much to be together that I was feeling gutted through out the entire book! And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
