I found this to be a very enjoyable story!  There was nothing super fantastic that jumped out at me.  But it kept me entertained and intrigued the whole way through.  Arabella and Gabriel were a pretty good match.  There were some things I learned about him in this story that I was totally caught off guard by from how he was as the friend in the fist book.  But he is a very artistic creature, and with her sense of practicality they seem to mesh well together.  He seems to be under the impression that he will not be able to stay faithful, but he makes that assumption based off his parents and then how he was behaving as a young man.  Seeing Arabella stick to her decisions about him was really fantastic!  She was making the rules, and he had to follow them.  I found the narration to be acceptable.  Sometimes the narrator sounded annoying when portraying a sneering male sound, but other than that it was a rather pleasant experience.
