Wow!  I loved it!  Emma Chase was a new to me author and now I am thinking I need more from her!  This was a FANTASTIC small town, 2nd chance romance.  There was an angst to it that was just enough to break your heart but not so much that you feel your stomach coming up your throat!  Garrett was cocky AF ..... but he didn't let that ego get in the way of giving another shot to the woman that broke his heart.... and he didn't let it stand in the way of accepting his feelings for her.  Callie was just so inspiring!  Jumping into being a substitute teacher for a drama class when you didn't go to school for teaching had to be difficult.   But she took that task head on!  And with the help of Garrett she made it work, better than she was even expecting it to!  The epilogue was PERFECTION!!!  I totally think I am going to get into more of these books.  I was hooked from the beginning.

The narration was superb!  Andi & Zachary Played the parts to perfection!

Both Fiona and Zane have a lot of family issues to sort through on their own and they have always been a huge support for each other.... the one thing that was always solid. Until her mom took her away claiming that Zane was going to be just like his father. These 2 go through so much to be together that I was feeling gutted through out the entire book! And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
