Wow! This book was not what I expected! And I mean that in a good way.... this book went way deeper than I was thinking it was going to. They story of Ben and Alister was one with a lot of depth and emotion. These 2 men were, in my opinion, destined to be together! It is NOT your typical student/teacher story. Alister knew that Ben was broken, he just didn't know the extent. And Ben just wanted to hide how bad his situation really was. It is a good thing that Alister was not willing to take no for an answer! This story touched my heart in a very real and serious way. The chapters were all short, so it was beyond easy to get lost in the story. Kristen and Alex were both very amusing characters and I very much look forward to getting stories about them! This was a new to me author and I am so glad that I picked up this book! It is a real gem!

And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book!
