I was SO into this book.... which ended on a cliffy (y'all know how I feel about that)..... that I didnt even stop to write my review!  I HAD to jump right into the next book..... and then the next!!! 


This is the story of Delilah and Maverick.... mostly from Mav's POV.  Maverick lost his dad and his mom is in the throws of SEVERE grief!  They move to a new town, and thanks to his sister that he takes care of, he meets a group of friends that he happens to just fall in with really well.  He goes to a hang out they are having and that is where he meets Delilah!  It is basically love at first sight..... but she makes him work for it.  And he becomes really good friends with her brother Tucker.  They go through a lot in this small town.  Delilah lost her boyfriend, and Tucker's best friend, Kenny to a car crash the year before.


The last 30% of this book is from Tucker's POV.  Talking a lot about his side of his sister's relationship and then also about his own.... with his childhood best friend Viola.  The way that they are there for each other through all the craziness..... and how they FINALLY get together! 


This book is available in KU and definitely worth the read and heartache!

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
