Remember Me by Christopher Pike My rating: 4 of 5 stars So I read this book when I was in high school and remembered loving it. And that was at a time when I didn't really like reading much. So I thoguht I would try it as an adult.... and it did not disappoint! I remembered the general gist of the story but I couldn't remember who did what and how it all ended! So I was blown away when things started revealing themselves... Like OH YEAH!!!! Captive Rival: Armani by Stella Gray My rating: 5 of 5 stars 🎧Audio Review🎧 Narrators:  Stephanir Rose & Aaron Shedlock Holy crazy hotness!!!  These 2 are frustrating AF! The addition of Esme (a former lover of Armani) was intersting.... Where We Started by Ashley Munoz My rating: 5 of 5 stars Loved the story of Wes and Callie! They were SO good!  The way thier love developed.  The way they were together years later.  How you could feel all the love thorugh the hate they tried to portray.  They meet as kids, fall in love as teenagers, and when she is around 20..... she leaves him.  He broke a very serious promise and while she tried to make it work, she just couldn't get over the way he was changing.  7 years later Callie is brought back by the death of her father.  And back into Wes' life all over again.   The way that they are toward each other is just so freaking funny.... like they are trying so hard to hate each other when you can see they clearely dont!  There were some interesting plot twists and things happening all around that make this book very difficult to put down after the 25% mark.   And I am SO ready to...

Endless: Ty & Zoey by Kaylene Winter My rating: 4 of 5 stars Wow!  This book was all the things!  It broke me in a couple places!  And I was here for it!  Zoey and Tyson get together before the band makes it big.  They spend the summer together and fall in love.... and then Zoey breaks up with him.  She thinks that she is making the right choice for him so that he can get out of the life that he was brough up in and make something if himself with the band.   Years later they are reunited.  And it goes really well.... at first.  They have a lot of baggage to sorth thorugh and it will not be an wasy task!  What I love was how they were both so in love!  And weren't afraid to be in love.  Neither one of them was afraid to admit thier feelings or follow through.  What I got annoyed with was some of the miscommunication that happened during the process.  These 2 were getting in thier o...

The Locked Door by Freida McFadden My rating: 5 of 5 stars I was quite pleased with this book!  I am quickly becoming a huge fan of Freida!  The only issue I had with this book was that there was not a lot of dialogue or interaction with other people.  Which is totally understandable since Nora was a total loner and was avoiding any kind of relationships.  But I tend to need more social interactions in books.  But that did not keep me from not being able to put this book down!  So I totally give it 4.75 stars and I can not wait to read some more of Freida's books!  One~click   HERE View all my reviews

Brutal Secret by Laurelin Paige My rating: 4 of 5 stars So much love for Lina and Reid!  This story was low and and SUPER spicy!!!  And I love how Lina was kind of like a stage 5 clinger (though she claimed she would not be) but in a totally empowering way and not at all seeming pathetic!  Reid gets a swoon award for his grand gesture and love declaration!  But the angst was not the same level as we are used to from Laurelin Paige.... but that is not to say that Reid was not total Alpha! Just a Touch Away by Jae My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well this was my first sapphic romance and while I did enjoy it, I think I need to try to another one before I decide of I like them or not.... it dragged for me.  The pace was so slow.... and I get that one of the characters was not used to love from anyone, and the other was a fraid to push...... it was just too long before they started to let thier guards down.  And if you are looking for spice.... this sotry was not big on it.... Hooked by Emily McIntire My rating: 5 of 5 stars Well that escelated quickly!  The twists and turns that this book had was nothing short of masterful!  There were some that when I think back I should have known they were there, but the author was directing my attention elsewhere so the thought didn't materialize.  So freaking fantastic!  Love the relationship between James and Wendy. I love how forgiving her soul is and how she could see in him what she most likely saw in herself and they both just wanted to be loved..  My head is still spinning at the turn of events that happened one right after another.  The reveations just kept on coming!  But it didn't feel overwhelming at all!  Anyways, the book is fairly dark, but to be honest it is really like dipping a toe into the workd of dark romance before you decide if you want to fully dice in.  Its a great story.  The revisioning on this villain a...

Second Down Darling: A Forbidden, Single Dad, Sports Romance by Lex Martin My rating: 5 of 5 stars F2L is a favorite trope of mine.... add to it that the H is the h's sister's ex...... YES PLEASE!!!  Sibling rivalry is always fantastic!  But Dakota takes the freaking cake (although if the bomb she drops at the end is tru I feel a little bad for her but not enough to be ok with her treatment of Jake and Charlotte!)  But this book took me for a ride!  Jake was so mad at first and then when he got his head out of his behind he became so freaking swoony that I was melting!  There were a few bonehead moments from him.... but honestly he is a single dad trying to get through college playing football...... he was already at max stress compacity and Dakota had no problems piling on more!   Basically it comes down to this..... make sure you remember who is always there for you because they are the ones that you want to...

Still The One by Dylan Allen My rating: 5 of 5 stars Oh Milly and Dean are #GOALS!!!  I mean the way that they separate as young adults, only to come together again over a decade later as if NO TIME has passed had me swooning to no end!  Milly's dad and Dean's dad were best friends.... and so they ended up getting together and found their soul mate in on another..... crazy circumstances (and one very vindictive mother) tore them apart when they were still really young......and they get back together when they have grown up a bit.... and it was NOT disappointing at all!  I think the only thing that I would like to have seen more of was Dean getting all super protective of Milly with Kevin.  But regardless.. Torn by Carian Cole My rating: 5 of 5 stars 🎧AUDIO REVIEW🎧 Narrated by:  Noelle Bridges & Mason Lloyd Woah!  I am so mad at myself for taking so long to get into this book!  Toren is the best friend of Kenzi's dad (and mom).  Kenzi's parents had her when they were only 15 and with Tor as their best friend, he was very involved in helping the young parents take care of her.  As she approaches her 18th birthday, he begins to see her as more of a woman than the little girl he held when she was only 1 day old.  And she started to see him as a man and not an uncle-like figure.  Tor fights the attraction at the beginning..... and then once he realizes that he can not fight it anymore.... HE IS ALL IN!  So freaking swoony!  The conflict..... obviously is her father!  This was 100% worth the listen and I am so glad that I finally did!   The narration was just ok.  My biggest problem...

The Rebel by Kendall Ryan My rating: 4 of 5 stars 🎧AUDIO REVIEW🎧 Narrated by: Vanessa Edwin & Jason Clarke Eden and Hold are so much 🔥🔥🔥.  Like I was constantly squirming in my seat!   This was a great bodyguard, second chance, sports romance!  I loved the back and forth with the characters.  I loved that Eden's internal conflict was not at all the same as Holt's internal conflict!  I love that she never saw him as beneath her, but more like someone who she could be herself with.  And I love that Holt got over his stuff enough to give her a real chance to make up for her freak out episodes!  Definitely a book I would tell others to read or listen to... and I am very seriously considering getting the next book in the series.... I kinda NEED to know what happens with Alex!  And can the author redeem him in my eyes, because I am not seeing him in the greatest light these days. Story      ...

Fast Track by Victoria Denault My rating: 5 of 5 stars Wow!  Nick is just so freaking swoony! Blame It on the Tequila by Fiona Cole My rating: 5 of 5 stars 🔥🔥🔥 HOLY FREKAING HOTNESS!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Yep!  This has got to be one of THE HOTTEST books I have read in 2021!  Fiona is the MASTER at slow burn FILLED with sexual tension ... and she did not disappoint!  Parker and Nova are so hot, right from the beginning..... and they don't even actually get together until WELL into the book!  So many things get in the way of this fantastic couple being together for many years!  And the relationship that Nova had with all the guys in the band was so much fun to watch.  I am going to need the story for every single one of them.... Foundations by Leigh Lennon My rating: 5 of 5 stars Holy DOUBLE hotness!!!  I totally want an Arden and Damien of my own!!!  Dear goodness these men a freaking hot!!! 🔥 It was a bit slow going at first, but once it picked up, it flew!!!  There was even a bit of suspense that I was not expecting!   😍. Saving the Single Dad by Ashley Munoz My rating: 5 of 5 stars Wow!  So yeah this book had me all in my feels!  Y'all know I am a sucker for age gap and brother's best friend..... Legally Yours by Nicole French My rating: 5 of 5 stars Oh man!  Brandon Sterling and Skylar Crosby have got e VERY complicated relationship.  He goes from  just wanting sex to wanting it all!  She learns about his past, and he learns more about hers than she had wanted him to learn. He really does sweep in like a knight in shining armor.  There were most definitely some twists in the story.  Some drama that I did not see coming.  And of coarse there was a part that made me cry.... actually it was more like a couple parts that made me cry.  The ending was a huge cliffhanger that I should have seen coming, but there was so much going on that it totally blind sided me!  So now I am eager to get into the second book so I can see how this most recent drama plays out!!!
