Whew!  Ok so I read a 1 🌟 review of this book and knew that I had to check it out.  Basically they young Duke of Sinclair meets and falls in love with Portia, a non-titled not rich girl.  They get engaged, but then he is led astray by those who don't want him to marry her..... he breaks the engagement and then goes into a total downward spiral.  

10 years later she is kidnapped and he is lured to this party.... an orgy party!  (which he tends to enjoy but had no plans to go to).  And he finds her there tied to his bed.  The craziness starts when others at the party start turning up dead.  And then they are trying to figure out who is behind it.  It was so good!  Now the review that I read went on about the orgies and said that he watches her in the orgy and he does things with other people in front of her..... that is not true at all.  I can tell you that there is no sharing and no cheating (with the 2 main characters) in this book.  Do people start randomly having sex wherever they darn well please with anyone they want?  YES!!!  And it is HOT AF!  Portia does see this happening and it intrigues her!  She sees multiple types of sexual encounters during her time on this island and it gets her so riled up!  And they basically learn together that she doesn't want to be the prim and proper Duchess IN the bedroom!  This was a new to me author and I am quite intrigued to go and look at some more from her!

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
