Holy freaking heartbreak!💔😭 I don't know what I was expecting from a MC romance from Lane Hart.... but a serious heart break with a semi cliffhanger was NOT it!

This bad boy, second chance, forbidden love story really tugged at my heart strings! Chase and Sasha were high school sweethearts who were torn apart by unfortunate circumstances that her parent took advantage of. When their paths cross again 10 years later, they have to decide if they are going to take the chance to be together or walk away thinking it would be easier. Many things happen with the MC that make Chase think that it would be best to walk away. But Sasha is quite stubborn and feels like taking a chance on love is worth the risk... even if the price could be your life.

While this is a story about Chase and Sasha, there is a lot of other "family" members that you learn about. And they really are like a family. When something happens to one of them, it happens to them all. Its very easy to get attached to some of the secondary characters in the story. So I am quite excited to continue reading about this MC. I never thought that I would like MC romances.... but I am finding that I like them!

Both Fiona and Zane have a lot of family issues to sort through on their own and they have always been a huge support for each other.... the one thing that was always solid. Until her mom took her away claiming that Zane was going to be just like his father. These 2 go through so much to be together that I was feeling gutted through out the entire book! And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?

                                                                               Stealing Heats by Lex Martin     4.25🌟 4🔥      This book was JUST what I needed!  It was hot, fast-paced, a bit of suspense, and a woman-you-love-to-hate!  Brother's best friend, but with the added angst that the brother died Rhett wants to save his family's ranch and the only way he can get a loan is to be married.  Paige needs to rehab an injury, but has no insurance to do it.  So win/win.  And then they go and let feelings get involved.  But with the way that Paige seamlessly fits right into his family with all his brothers, there was no way that feelings wouldn't come about.... not to mention the history and Paige's ch...

  Promise Me Not by Meagan Brandy          5🌟 2🔥 Definitely worth the wait! This was a SUPER SLOW BURN book! So if you are looking for spice, it isn't here!  But if you are looking for a heart felt, gut wrenching tale of love lost, then found again.... you are in the right place!  Mason was such a hot AF super alpha and was ready to take charge right away.  He knew he wanted it all and he wanted it with Payton!  Chase was sticking his meddling nose in where it didn't belong (AGAIN) and I was ready to figure out how to jump into the book just to punch him in the face!  But then look at him trying to redeem himself!  We shall see!  This story must have been a tough one for Meagan to tell.... they guilt and pain that Payton feels through out the whole book, over EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she really has contact with.  But most of all the guilt about Deaton (the decease father of her son), Little D(eaton) and Mason.
