⚠⚠⚠Caution!⚠⚠⚠ Reading this book may cause your ovaries to explode!💥 

Holy swoon-fest!  I am a hot mess!  Ian is just the freaking most perfect baby daddy!  This book had me swooning.... and crying.... and sighing.... and daydreaming!  Whew!  If you have read Lovers (not that you NEED to....but I highly recommend it!) you know that Carina is a total kick ass woman who is MORE than capable of taking on the task of motherhood alone!  But she doesn't need to!  From the minute that Ian realizes that she is pregnant with his baby he does not want to miss another second of anything!  (swoon) This story was not angsty, it was just about the sweetest thing I have read in a while.  And while I did cry some (it was hard not to at some points) it was not because I was feeling a complete and total heartbreak!  There was, of coarse, a misunderstanding that had to happen because you can't have a fairy tale without a dragon (or evil stepmother).  This book was a total joy to read!  I am absolutely going to keep this one in mind when I need a break between angst filled heartbreakers!  This one reminds us that not all love is DRAMA!  And it is a total palate cleanser!

  Ebbing Tides (book 2 in the Lighthouse Duology) by Kelsey Kingsley Story: 5 🌟  Swoon: 4 😍  Spice: 3🔥 Angst: 4 💔 So I absolutely LOVED how this story wrapped up.  Poor Max had dealt with so much crap in his life that it was nice to see more and more people show him the love he always deserved.   His sisters both express their appreciation for all that he had done for them over the years.  And while I wouldn't call it closure, he does get some insight as to why his mother and father were the way they were.  Even on his death bed that father of his was a piece of work..... and somehow Max always showed him compassion.  This book also made me cry, though not as bad as the first book did.  And I definitely came to enjoy some of the side characters that already have books that I may be going back to read.

  Timeless by Kaylene Winter          4.75 🌟  4 🔥 Absolutely LOVE this series!! And I am not sure if I am ready for the Encore books yet..... but I will get into them soon! This is a childhood friends to lovers story that spans decades. Both Fiona and Zane have a lot of family issues to sort through on their own and they have always been a huge support for each other.... the one thing that was always solid. Until her mom took her away claiming that Zane was going to be just like his father. These 2 go through so much to be together that I was feeling gutted through out the entire book! And I was constantly getting mad at the different obstacles that kept blocking them from their happily ever after! And when they are together..... they are HOT 🔥🔥🔥. The only thing that I was unhappy about with this book was ..... DAMMIT! When can we find out if Carter and Lianne get back together FOR GOOD?!?!?
