Review: Serenading Heartbreak

Image
Serenading Heartbreak by Ella Fields My rating: 5 of 5 stars Whew... that was a ride! Ella never fails to make my heart feel it all. In this story where you have Stevie trying to decide between 2 men, you have 2 men who keep leaving her. How in the world is she supposed to trust any of them? And at that how is she supposed to trust another man in general? As much I was frustrated with this whole story I was totally #TeamStevie all the way! I was rooting for HER! For the first time in the history of my reading, I did not care who she chose because I was all about HER! I wanted HER to get her HEA. I didn't care which one it was with, of if either of them at all! I wanted her to choose HER in whatever way that manifested itself! I really loved how it all came together. I love this book! Every tear that I cried brought me more and more in love with this story! And honestly it is a story that people need to read. There is a lot of realism with this st...

Review: Cooper

Image
Cooper by Lane Hart My rating: 5 of 5 stars What is sexier than a hot man taking care of a baby??? Nothing! That's what! And Cooper takes that to a whole new level because it wasn't even his baby! (you may know the story if you have read the other Savage Kings novels). I have been waiting for this book because I wanted to see how his situation would play out and what he would let happen with it all. I think that he is very well suited for Liz! And honestly while I understand her reservations it is INSANE how long she made him wait before she would give him an honest chance! And Cooper has got the be just about THE most patient Savage King there is! This was another great Savage Kings story and I can not wait to get more from this club!!! View all my reviews

Review: Redemption

Image
Redemption by Nicole Dykes My rating: 5 of 5 stars Oh my heart! This story of Logan and Quinn is just the sweetest and devastating all at the same time! They are friends since they were super young.... and then they get separated by circumstances only to find one another again later. While this is all going on they THINK that fate is not on their side, but I saw it differently! They love they share (even before either of them will admit it) is so sweet and pure! They both were at such a disadvantage since they spent their youth in the worst kind of family situations that neither of them really think that they are ACTUALLY capable of real love! This story was painful at times, but over all a complete joy to read! View all my reviews

Review: Another

Another by Fiona Cole My rating: 5 of 5 stars ⚠⚠⚠Caution!⚠⚠⚠ Reading this book may cause your ovaries to explode!💥  Holy swoon-fest!  I am a hot mess!  Ian is just the freaking most perfect baby daddy!  This book had me swooning.... and crying.... and sighing.... and daydreaming!  Whew!  If you have read Lovers (not that you NEED to....but I highly recommend it!) you know that Carina is a total kick ass woman who is MORE than capable of taking on the task of motherhood alone!  But she doesn't need to!  From the minute that Ian realizes that she is pregnant with his baby he does not want to miss another second of anything!  (swoon) This story was not angsty, it was just about the sweetest thing I have read in a while.  And while I did cry some (it was hard not to at some points) it was not because I was feeling a complete and total heartbreak!  There was, of coarse, a misunderstanding that had to ...

Review: Fade

Image
Fade by Ashley Munoz My rating: 5 of 5 stars 😍 Awww... Laney and Jackson!  Their story is just as fantastic as I thought it would be!  I am not even going to lie.... there was a time or 2 when I wanted to back hand Jackson!  It was really frustrating to me 😒 when he would try to be there for her, kiss her, touch her.... basically not let her move on despite the fact that he ultimately wanted her to move on.  And all because he was jealous!  Jealous of the waiter.... then jealous of a guy that she knew before him.... I honestly was thinking to myself "How self centered can this guy get???"  The only reason why I did not write him off a lot sooner was because I knew how good his heart was from the part he played in helping Jimmy and Ramsey get together (in Glimmer.... if you haven't read it.... DO IT!!!)  I had never read anything by Ashley Munoz until this week and then I totally went on a binge!  I love these books....
